Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealWars ("the Service"), available at dealwars.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DealWars is a pay-to-rank advertising platform for Black Friday deals. Advertisers submit their deal listings and place bids to determine their ranking position on the leaderboard. Higher bids result in higher visibility. Each listing receives a trackable link that redirects users to the advertiser's website.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• By placing a bid, you represent that you are authorized to advertise the submitted deal.

4. Bidding and Payment

• All bids are made in US Dollars (USD).
• The minimum bid is $1.00; the maximum bid per transaction is $100,000.00.
• Each bid is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges.
• You may place additional bids ("top-ups") on the same listing to increase your ranking.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal.
• Your listing will be activated on the leaderboard once payment is confirmed.

All submitted deals must comply with the following rules:

• The deal must be a legitimate offer for a real product or service.
• The discount percentage must be accurate and verifiable.
• The destination URL must lead to a working, safe website.
• No illegal products, services, or content.
• No misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive claims.
• No adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory material.
• No malware, phishing, or otherwise harmful links.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines without refund.

7. Click Tracking

Each listing receives unique clicks tracked via anonymized IP hashing. We implement measures to prevent click fraud, including one-click-per-IP limits and bot filtering. Click counts are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting a listing, you grant DealWars a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your brand name, product description, and deal information on the leaderboard for the duration of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

DealWars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including clicks, traffic, or sales.
• We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of advertised deals.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealWars, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
