Can I get a refund for my bid?
All bids are final and non-refundable. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
How do I increase my ranking?
You can place additional bids (top-ups) on your existing listing. Your total bid amount determines your position on the leaderboard.
My payment was processed but my listing isn't showing.
Listings are activated automatically after payment confirmation, which usually takes a few seconds. If your listing doesn't appear after 5 minutes, contact us at [email protected].
